Juror

Bryant Small is a distinguished artist, curator, and educator based in Jersey City, New Jersey. He currently serves as Associate Curator at the Morris Museum in Morristown, NJ, a Smithsonian Affiliate institution, where he brings an innovative and inclusive approach to exhibition design. In late 2024, he curated the museum’s acclaimed exhibition New Sculpture/New Jersey, which showcased the work of 11 contemporary sculptors and incorporated multimedia elements to engage audiences in new ways. His 2025 exhibition, Contemporary Volumes, received critical attention, highlighting Small’s curatorial sensitivity to materiality, form, and narrative.

Show Your Support

In addition to inspiring people with our classes, we spark imaginations with world-class art installed on our terrace and in our galleries. We maintain the beautiful stone mill that deepens your ties with the past and provide a gathering place for your family and friends on the Toshiko Takaezu Terrace. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation so that we may continue educating, challenging, and inspiring community through the arts.
