Meet the Instructor:
Dr. Kimberly Borin is a retreat leader, spiritual director, chaplain, and yoga teacher. She has been an Ananda Yoga Teacher for adults and children since 2005 and is trained in restorative and laughter yoga. Shnd restorative yoga combined with a mindful walk in nature. We will discuss Shin-Rin Yoku, the healing practice of forest bathing, e is also and artist and author of the Laughter Salad series of books. She believes that we can find peace and grace in simple ways, each moment. She infuses art, yoga, and being in nature to bring those moments to her students and to her own life.
