In this class, we will practice alignment based postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breath work (pranayama) will also be integrated. You can expect to find your inner strength and alignment based on classic yoga postures. Full-body movement and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. Modifications will be offered to allow the class to be beginner to intermediate friendly.
