This summer yoga class series will invite children to explore yoga in a supportive and engaging environment. Students will practive yoga postures, simple breathing techniques, and guided relaxation to support focus, self-awareness, and emotional welll-being. The class will emphasize building inner strength, balance, and concentration through mindful movement. Students will also learn age-appropriate tools for managing stress and emotions while connecting with their peers through partnered poses, team-building activities, and guided meditation and storytelling.

Registration is on a weekly basis and is strongly encouraged so we know whether to run the class. Drop-ins will be accepted if class is running!

Meet the Instructor

Larissa Ranglin is a mental health therapist and 500 hour certified yoga teacher. Rooted in her own journey and intentional practice to be more present in her life she developed the community Evergroundz. Based in New Jersey, she cultivates a holistic approach to teaching, helping students balance body, mind, and spirit. She offers yoga classes, workshops and private sessions locally and virtually. Her mission is to help people reconnect with their inner power and live life from the place of a human “being” rather than a human “doing”.
