The Hunterdon Art Museum is thrilled to announce a $51,116 grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts through its federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act fund.

This grant will be crucial in helping HAM overcome the significant losses experienced due to the current pandemic. Funds from the grant will make it possible for us to continue presenting high-quality programs to communities during a time when they are needed more than ever, including online artist and curator talks, exhibitions, and new education programs, while also maintaining our historic building.

Thank you to the board and staff of NJSCA, as well as Governor Murphy and his Administration for their recognition of the need to support the arts sector during this unprecedented time.

This grant is part of $5 million in CARES Act funding directed to the State Arts Council by the Murphy Administration to support 97 organizations part of New Jersey’s arts sector. Read more here.
