Join us for “Mindful Balance,” a 90-minute workshop to provide you with effective tools to manage stress and regulate emotions through yoga and mindfulness techniques. This session is suitable for all yoga levels and aims to enhance your emotional clarity, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being. Throughout this workshop, you’ll engage in gentle yoga flows that may increase relaxation. Each pose is chosen to encourage balance and stability, both physically and mentally. Alongside these physical practices, you’ll explore practical mindfulness exercises designed to enhance your awareness and presence in the moment. These techniques are aimed at fostering a deep sense of mental clarity, which can support emotional resilience.

Larissa Ranglin is the founder of Evergroundz. Based in New Jersey, she cultivates a holistic approach to teaching, helping students balance body, mind, and spirit. Her mission is to
help people reconnect with their inner power and live life from the place of a human “being”
