 Core Confidence in Midlife: Lifestyle Medicine for Peri/Menopause

We’ll explore the science of the “midlife core”—both physical and metabolic—through the lens of lifestyle medicine. Learn how hormonal shifts affect muscle tone, pelvic floor function, and abdominal strength, and discover strategies to improve stability, prevent incontinence, and support your spine. We’ll connect movement, nutrition, stress regulation, and sleep to core health so you leave with a holistic plan to feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body during peri/menopause and beyond.

Meet the Instructor

Terry Tateossian’s passion and experience with helping women regain confidence, ignite wellbeing, and find their true purpose has been propelling her forward for the past 25 years. Terry is a Coach and the Founder of the award-winning health and wellness business The House of Rose (THOR). She is also a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher – RYT-200, Certified Nutritionist, Women’s Hormone Specialist, and Emotional Eating Coach.
