In this two-hour restorative class, we will begin with gentle yoga that is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis. We will focus on the story that we would like to tell and breathe life into this personal narrative with simple story writing. This is also part of a larger field of narrative medicine. We will share some ways to tell your story, one that affirms who you are, and who you are becoming. Please join us for this beautiful and nourishing session that enhances body, mind, and voice.
