Students will explore the fundamentals of theatrical storytelling through basic stagecraft and set design. This class includes performance opportunities in character studies, scripted scenes, and improvised games. We work on stage combat skills as well as voices and accents. It all culminates in a performance for friends and families on the final day.
Required materials: a spirit of adventure, a sense of humor, and big dreams!

Kristin Marusic has been the drama instructor here at the Hunterdon Art Museum since 2022. A graduate of The Tisch School of the Arts at NYU with experience in film, tv, radio and Off-Broadway, and a proud “Shakespeare Nerd,” her classes include classical drama elements, stage combat and improv games
