Join HAM and Christina Flanagan for a gentle yoga practice in between the busy times of the holidays. Christina is a certified yoga instructor, as well as a meditation guide and sound healer. Whether this is day 1, day 21, or 101 of your yoga journey, Christina will meet you where you are and offer you poses and modalities to build on your new or existing practice. Class will begin with an offering of essential oils, body scan meditation, gentle yoga movements, and end with a relaxing gong healing shavasana all the while absorbing the energy of the beautiful art surrounding us. Expect to leave the museum feeling relaxed and uplifted.
