Join us for the Balanced Breath Yoga Series, a series of classes designed for students who wish to cultivate balance and mobility through yoga. The classes will offer sequences in vinyasa and slow flow yoga. Each class will introduce a variety of yoga postures (asanas), combined with effective breathing techniques. These are designed to strengthen both your body and mind while enhancing your inner awareness. Learn and practice breathing exercises which may relax and support the nervous system. Whether you’re seeking a gentle stretch to release tension or a more challenging practice to energize, these classes provide techniques that may support your overall well-being.

Classes can be signed up for on a weekly basis. Pre-registration is preferred, however drop-ins will be accepted!

Meet the Instructor!

Larissa Ranglin is the founder of Evergroundz. Rooted in her own journey and intentional practice to be more present in her life she developed the community Evergroundz. Based in New Jersey, she cultivates a holistic approach to teaching, helping students balance body, mind, and spirit. She offers classes, workshops and private sessions locally and virtually. Her mission is to help people reconnect with their inner power and live life from the place of a human “being” rather than a human “doing”. She finds joy in supporting individuals through yoga, meditation and wellness practices to integrate their practice on and off the mat.
