Join us this autumn for a grounding journey with our “Autumn Embrace” yoga workshop. This 1-hour 30-minute class is designed to center you in the present moment, connecting with the earth’s calming energies through slow flow yoga. We will explore poses that foster physical stability and invite introspection into our lives. The session will include a journaling practice to cultivate deeper self awareness and reflection on seasonal transitions. As we flow gently from one pose to another, we’ll focus on balance and gentle movements, encouraging a mindful connection between mind, body and spirit.

Larissa Ranglin is the founder of Evergroundz. Based in New Jersey, she cultivates a holistic approach to teaching, helping students balance body, mind, and spirit. Her mission is to
help people reconnect with their inner power and live life from the place of a human “being”
